1. The deadline for registration is 12:00 p.m. on October 6 , 2024, You have to confirm your payment to attend to the conference. Registration without successful payment is regarded as invalid registration.

2. If it is not convenient for you to pay by PAYPAY and you want to pay by RMB, please choose the appropriate currency for the order in RMB when you place the order, and then you can pay by Alipay, WeChat, or wire transfer to your bank account.

3. Receipts can be downloaded directly from the registration system after successful registration. If you need a VAT invoice from China, please fill in the invoicing information in the system and it will be issued for you and then you can download it in the registration system.

4. If the same author has more than one paper accepted at the same time, he/she can enjoy a discount on registration: 50% discount for the registration of the second and more papers. How it works: 1) Registrants place an order according to the total number of accepted papers; 2) Contact the conference team (caozc@msu.edu, chenshu@cs.hku.hk or guozhenge@foxmail.com, provide your paper title and order number starting with RS in the registration system) to change the total amount of the order for you; 3) Pay the fee according to the discounted amount.

5. After successful registration and payment, you can download the invoice in your personal account: 1)  all orders can download the order receipt in 'Download' option. 2）If you need China VAT invoice, please fill in the invoice information during the order process, and then download the invoice in 'My Fapiao Titles->My Fapiaos' option (usually you can download the invoice within 7 working days after successful payment).
